LUXURY TRAVEL COMPANY LAUNCHES INTIMATE, MULTI-DAY WINE TOUR OF WASHINGTON WINE COUNTRY
WALLA WALLA, WA: May 13, 2015 − Taste Vacations has launched a new multi-day Washington wine tour in partnership with Yakima Valley Tourism, Visit Tri-Cities, and Tourism Walla Walla. The tour offers educational, up close and personal, and hands-on experiences not available to the everyday traveler. The four-day, three-night tour is open to the public and will take place on September 27 – 30, 2015.
Travelers on the Washington Wine Country Tour will be treated to a personal blending session at Northstar Winery, a walk through downtown Walla Walla with a local historian, and several exclusive dinners with wine owners, including an “Art Meets Wine” dinner with the owners of Foundry Vineyards. Additional wineries visited include Delmas Wines, Doubleback Winery, McKinley Springs, Alexandria Nicole Cellars, Chinook Cellars, and more.

The Washington Wine Country Tour was created by and will be led by Taste Vacations staffer, wine expert, and experienced guide Sarah Wolcott. Sarah grew up on a farm in SE Washington, graduated from Whitman College in Walla Walla, has a Wine MBA from the Bordeaux Business School in France and knows the land, the people, and the wineries of Washington state.
